Annuals - Nasturtium

Nasturtium is a beautiful annual which may be used as a climber, in hanging baskets or any garden setting as the plant quickly spreads providing season long color.

Nasturtium

The Latin name for Nasturtium is Tropaeolum majus. The climbing varieties may grow up to eight feet while the dwarfs attain a height of six inches.

Nasturtium

These delightful plants which I chose for my garden have speckled white foliage and they spread rapidly.

Nasturtium

Nasturtium thrives in sandy soil and the area I selected is full sun and very dry. They will also grow in partial shade. Nasturtium is available in orange, yellow and red.
