Annuals - Zinnias
Zinnias are available in single, semi double and double blooms. Zinnias range in height from ten inches to almost three feet. Their blooms may attain the size of Dahlias depending upon the variety you choose. Zinnias are available in white, yellow, orange, pink, red, purple and green.
Zinnias thrive in full sun but fair poorly when summers are wet and cool.
I enjoy viewing Zinnias in gardens as many gardeners choose the more common type of annuals which include Impatiens, Geraniums and Petunias. Zinnias are exquisite and add a touch of class to any property.
