Yes. Annuals provide a splash of color for gardens which is season long. They are also necessary for urns and beds where perennials and shrubs are not fully established. Also annuals enable every gardener to change the look of their beds each year with varying color, height, variegated leaf, texture and certainly add that finishing touch to each and every bed.
